Pathway to Paris is a non profit organization dedicated to turning the Paris agreement into reality. Bringing together leading musicians, artists, thinkers, and policymakers, this concert will serve as a call to action, urging the international community to ramp up ambition towards a climate safe future for all. This concert event is helping to cap off the Global Climate Action Summit where leaders from around the world will meet in California to 'Take Ambition to the Next Level.'

Founded in 2014 by Jesse Paris Smith and Rebecca Foon, Pathway to Paris is committed to raising consciousness surrounding the urgency of climate action and offers solutions to turning the Paris Agreement into action. Pathway to Paris organized concerts in Paris in 2015, which coincided with the adoption of the Paris Agreement, while events in 2016 and 2017 served to celebrate climate action by state and non-state actors. Most recently, in 2017 the organization hosted a concert at New York City’s historic Carnegie Hall where Pathway to Paris announced the launch of the ‘1000 Cities’ initiative. The initiative invites all cities of the world to transition off fossil fuels and move to 100% renewable energy by 2040 in order to make Paris real. All proceeds from the concert will be donated to Pathway to Paris and their 1000 Cities initiative.
