Pop-Up Magazine is a live magazine—a night of new, true stories about the fascinating world around us. With photography, film, radio, and original music all mixed together and performed live onstage by a big cast of talented people.

Past contributors include bestselling authors (Michael Pollan, Alice Walker, Susan Orlean), award-winning documentary filmmakers (Ava DuVernay, Alex Gibney, Barry Jenkins), prominent public-radio journalists (Ira Glass, Jad Abrumrad, Kelly McEvers), renowned photographers (Larry Sultan, Alec Soth, Katy Grannan), musicians and actors (Beck, Kumail Nanjiani, Sasheer Zamata), as well as a wide, eclectic group of emerging media makers. Check the current list of contributors to the Fall Issue here.
