Sundance NEXT FEST presents:

Bitch + Sleigh Bells

ACE170812L v2

with Comedian Kate Micucci

Doors at 7:00pm

Bitch / U.S.A. (Director and screenwriter: Marianna Palka) — A woman snaps under crushing life pressures and assumes the psyche of a vicious dog. Her philandering, absentee husband is forced to become reacquainted with his four children and sister-in-law as they attempt to keep the family together during this bizarre crisis. Cast: Jason Ritter, Jaime King, Marianna Palka, Brighton Sharbino, Rio Mangini, Kingston Foster. LOS ANGELES PREMIERE.

Followed by a performance by Sleigh Bells. After getting off the ground in 2009, Sleigh Bells released three blistering records in four years. Ready for a break from the road, they then took their time to push their music even further in Jessica Rabbit, their intense, vulnerable, uncategorizable fourth LP.

Kate Micucci can currently be seen in Jeff Baena’s The Little Hours (Sundance 2017) and recently appeared in critically acclaimed Don’t Think Twice and Netflix’s Easy. Kate is a member of the duo Garfunkel and Oates, for which she and partner Riki Lindhome were named comics to watch by Variety.
