Tickets to all of The Theatre at Ace Hotel shows are sold via AXS. You can purchase tickets here or in person. The Theatre at Ace Hotel offers in person ticket sale at the ticket booth, right under the marquee on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are non-transferable.

Self-ParkingThere are more than 1,200 parking spaces — all within a few blocks of the theater. Parking lots around the venue are not associated with The Theatre at Ace Hotel. Lots are cash only, with rates ranging from $10 to $30 depending on the event — no validation accepted for event parking.

We only release tickets to the original purchaser and a photo ID is required for ticket pickup at Will Call. If you need to change a name on a ticket order, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Not all shows permit name changes.
Will Call tickets and Guest List confirmation are only available as doors open.
Almost all shows are reserved seating. Unless it’s a general admission show, there’s no need to arrive before the posted door time. If the show is GA, please check our calendar page for info on when doors open.
Some events have no late seating by request of the artist, and refunds on parking and tickets for latecomers will not be accommodated.
Theatre Rules and Restrictions
The following items are prohibited.
- Outside food, beverages or alcohol.
- Weapons of any kind including pocket knives, pepper spray, large chains, spiked jewelry, etc.
- Backpacks, purses, and bags larger than 10” x 10”
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Cameras with removable lenses or professional recording equipment
- Markers, stickers or spray paint.
- Skateboards, bikes, and scooters
- Any item that challenges public safety per our Security Manager
- Prohibited items are subject to change per artist request
We allow the following items in the venue as long as they are not in use
- Laptop computers or tablets
- Our staff and patrons must adhere to our Code of Conduct
- No ins and outs
- No babies or children under the age of 5 will be admitted.
- All attendees must have a ticket.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
- Rules subject to change per artist request
Code of Conduct
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, disability, neurodiversity, physical appearance, or other protected category. The venue staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that guest expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or house manager.
The following actions can result in a warning or immediate ejection:
- Taunting, abusive, or disruptive language and obscene or offensive gestures, imagery, or symbolism.
- Inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.
- Irresponsible use of alcohol.
- Sustained disruption of the event.
- Fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the stage.
- Wearing clothing items or displaying threatening or offensive imagery or symbolism.
The Theatre at Ace Hotel is committed to making our venue welcoming and accessible to all our patrons. We offer ADA-accessible seats to all our shows. You can buy ADA seating on our ticketing site or by calling AXS at 888.9.AXS.TIX (888.929.7849). When buying tickets over the phone, please let the ticket agent know you require accessible seating, and they will issue you an ADA seat. If you need accessible seating the night of the event and don’t have an ADA ticket, please head to the box office or locate a security guard and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
There is a wheelchair accessible restroom in the lobby of the Ace Hotel and in the lower level of the Theatre.
Please note that our elevator goes to the balcony at the theater, however, seating can only be reached by climbing the stairs.
Assisted listening devices are available on loan with a photo ID. Please head to the box office or locate a security guard for assistance.
Still Cameras, Video Cameras, Recording Devices
The Theatre does not prohibit cameras and video recording devices, but performers often do, so we recommend you leave them at home. The Theatre staff does not know ahead of time if these devices will be permitted. If we do get this information early, we’ll post it on the website and on the event page.
Dining, Bar & Concessions
The Theatre also runs a fully-stocked concession stand before and during each show with bars serving soft drinks, liquor and beer plus lots of snacks available for purchase. Make sure to bring your ID if you are planning to drink. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
